Meet the team behind Joalnco Sales Connection, a group of experts with a track record in delivering powerful business solutions to companies of all sizes. We’re led by Nicole Ciccio and Frank Termini, both Natives to Kansas City, MO. Nicole is a graduate from Devry with an Associates in Information Technology. She has been in the sales industry for 25+ years, with great success in her sales roles with mobile and commercial equipment and sales training. Frank has 20 years of experience running 2 successful businesses and consulting with others. He has a BS in Biology as well as master's in physical therapy through Rockhurst University. He has an extensive background in patient care, medical sales and scalability, and he brings all of this knowledge to bear for our clients.
Our goal is to teach individuals how to sell smarter, not harder, by providing training and coaching on sales techniques and strategies that work. We believe that anyone is capable of achieving success in sales, and we are here to help make that a reality.
